Who is Jesus?
The Son of God
Jesus is the divine Son of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity. He is described in the Bible as the Word made flesh, who came to dwell among us (John 1:14).
Savior
Jesus came into the world to save humanity from sin and reconcile us to God. Through His sacrificial death on the cross and triumphant resurrection, He offers forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life to all who believe in Him (John 3:16).
Teacher & Healer
During His earthly ministry, Jesus taught profound truths about God's kingdom, love, and salvation. He performed miracles, healed the sick, and demonstrated God's compassion and power. He still does the same today through the Holy Spirit working in those who believe in Him.
Model of Love
Jesus lived a life of selfless love, compassion, and service, setting an example for His followers to love God and others wholeheartedly (Matthew 22:37-39).
How to Find Salvation in Jesus
Recognize Your Need
Acknowledge your need for salvation and forgiveness. Understand that all have sinned and fall short of God's glory (Romans 3:23), but God offers forgiveness and new life through Jesus Christ. Jesus, the Son of God, gave His life as a sacrifice so that we could be forgiven.
Repent
Repentance is simply a genuine turning away from sin and a heartfelt desire to change direction and follow Jesus. Confess your sins to God, ask for His forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9).
Believe in Jesus
Place your trust and faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Believe that He died for your sins, rose from the dead, and offers you the gift of salvation and eternal life
(Romans 10:9-11).
Invite Jesus into Your Life
Invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life and to dwell in your heart by faith. Surrender your will to His and commit to following Him as His disciple (Revelation 3:20). The life lived for Jesus is the true, abundant life.
Receive God's Gift of Grace
Understand that salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith, and not by our own efforts or good works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Embrace His unconditional love and acceptance.
